Bring the 16-digit code to your appointment (it can be on your phone).

Gift Certificate Policy
I encourage you to encourage your recipient to use the gift certificate within a year of purchase (because often they go forgotten and unused!). That said, the value does not expire. The amount is transferable to another person, but non-refundable.
